Overflow Service

Overflow service means that calls are primarily answered by, for example, your company’s own staff, and in the second instance, Moment Groups customer service center. Calls can be overflowed, for example, in situations when your own switchboard is occupied, or if an incoming call is not answered within a time agreed.

It is also possible to direct calls to Moments’ professional team outside of your own service hours, thereby ensuring 24/7 reachability and customer satisfaction.
